I'm on both .
I'm afraid of 2016 , because of the new project from Tyco but now already bought by Commscope/USA .
It's about a new type of glasfiber connector , this connector contains 14 different parts and so it needs also 14 different Arburg injection molding MC's with lots of robot suckers .
The Japs are also talking about the assembly of the connector by robot ...so the grippers of the suckers need to be very small and precise ...fast and without to damage the small parts..so very smooth and precise servo drive is required ..

But I want to see the parts of the connector first !
It's already by now a madhouse....So probably for the end of 2016 I'm really ready for a real madhouse !
