$33k This pampered X5 with 70k miles has 2 extended warranties!! The first is the 8yr/100,000 mile extended warranty from the factory and the second is a 3rd party extended warranty from EasyCare that is better than the BMW factory extended warranty as it covers everything but paint and glass.

The Michelin tires are only a few months old and the car was just serviced and given a clean bill of health.

This car has been detailed every 2 weeks of its life pretty religiously and it shows.

anyone want to give me any hints as to why this X5 that is in great shape/clean carfax/1-owner/extended warranties etc that's priced under blue & black book isn't getting any interest?? I'm stumped!

any suggestions/insight would be appreciated
