if you don't mind the error that it throws then skip it...Why can't you transfer the oem from your stock wheels?

I would definitely pick up a new set of TPMS for a new set of wheels.

We do carry the BERU OEM TPMS sensors that BMW uses on all their wheels straight from the factories in Germany.

I would get new TPMS per new wheel purchase for the following reasons:

1) TPMS sensors have a life span of 5 years before they go bad
2) I cannot deal with the annoying noise for the error it's going to throw
3) I'm would have to spend money anyways to swap the TPMS sensors from my old wheels to my new wheels.
4) I like new things

You can buy tpms from whoever you'd like but those are my reasons
