Hi,

We got our 2024 X6 in November 2023. The issue we have is that randomly upon starting the car, the central screen goes blank. Sometimes, it is black, sometimes it flashes black and grey, and sometimes the BMW logo appears in the middle and the rest of the screen is black. We took it to the dealer, and they did a software update. That reduced the frequency of the issue happening, but it has happened two times since.

When it happens, it is very annoying and we can't use the car's back up camera which is really needed for the x6 with the very small back window.

It seems like others have experienced similar issue as well. Does anyone know a good solution?
