Disable Easy Entry/Exit Steering Column Movement

Hi Guys,
My steering wheel column motor has failed, the dealer will be replacing it on warranty, but in between time I was looking to stop the easy entry option with bummerCode.
This is what I found.

BDC_BODY > 30C0 ElecricSteeringWheelAdjust, 10 > Funktionen > V_MAX_AKTIVER_EINSTIEG_AKTIV

and

BDC_BODY > 30C0 ElectricSteeringWheelAdjust, 10 > Funktionen > V_MAX_DEAKTIVIER_EINSTIEG_AKTIV

But in BimmerCode this is what I got! Under the 30C0 (image attached)

Does anyone have an idea if I can do something in here?

Welcome to the forum. Things could have changed but from what we saw in the past it was not possible to code out the steering wheel movement.

I would love to eliminate this nonsense permanently. Can the motor be disconnected without any error codes popping up?

Not really thinking about disconnecting anything here, I still want the steering wheel to be automatically adjusted with Driver’s position 2 or the second key, but the car is spacious enough that I can get off without the need for the steering wheel to retract and avoid any potential future breack as well.

BMW, This should be a driver setting function. Not everyone likes nor needs it.
