I liquidated most of my holdings back in December and have been in cash for some time...including my long time favorite position AAPL

As you know - IRA monies are penalized 10% for early withdrawal prior to 59 1/2 years of age, and subject to taxes at my current income level...

Now, contrary to popular belief, I am FAR from being able to access IRA monies free from penalty - and DAMN sure not going to take a hit at my current tax rate...

Besides, it's not like I am driving the car now?!?! It'll be another 2 months before it is warm enough to drive her topless

Yeah, I am keeping majority of my small amount of $$$ in cash for the foreseeable future. The amount I have in USO is about a 1/5 of my cash on hand so I can wait it out. If it goes back up to 2008 levels somehow I will make a good chunk of change.
