Gosh, you all are so helpful. Your detail so appreciated. Habsone, I will follow your footsteps... and Auricom thanks. I will be custom ordering, doing the PCD and don’t mind it being purchased from MD. Thanks for the link to top dealerships. I will keep you posted.

So, when I look on the BMW site, I see at $750 loyalty certificate (not $1250) and a $1000 lease credit.
When I back into the numbers as listed on any given deal, I get an unchanged MF of 0.00128. |

Confirming 0.00128 MF for Nov. Yeah incentives are all regional with varying loyalty and lease credits.

Will these rebates increase in December? Until now I see that the Loyalty remained the same at what I am looking for, just the residual increased to 58%. As I can see they are throwing rebates for finance rather then lease at this point.

I just came back from ordering an M50i and my dealer is saying $1250 loyalty, not $750

Hi All,
Can I get your thoughts on a X6 M50i lease offer from my dealer in Albany, NY? I was only offered 5.5% off, but I think i can get it down to 6.5% off, and I don't think X6 discounts are tough to get at the moment. X6 M50i 36/12K lease MF/RV: 0.00128 / 57% MSRP: $89,145 Selling Price: $84,250 Down Payment: $10,000 Rebate (loyalty and lease cash): $2,250 Adjusted Cap Cost: $77,203 Tax (paid up front in NY): $3,220 Dealer/Govt Fees: $155 Drive Off: $12,500 Monthly Payment: $896 The payment seems too high to me. I checked out leasehackr and it seems like my payment should be about $65 lower per month. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance! |

In order to get a better idea of how they are calculating the numbers you should get a breakdown of what is going into that adj cap cost as well as what the drive off figure includes. Just ball parking a few numbers it seems your payment should be in the high 700's - low 800's with the 10k down payment so we may be missing something. Your acq fee is not listed as well as your sales tax percentage. The entire amount is due upfront but there may also be taxes due on the incentives so you will need to determine that. Edit: The payment they are quoting you is correct based on a cap cost of 77,203. https://leasehackr.com/calculator?ma...Tax_radio=true As noted above, you will need to have all of the details broken down to see why they are coming up with that number. Given the numbers you posted above, I can't come up with their adj cap cost. I'm coming up with: Sales price: 84,250 Down Payment: -10,000 Incentives: - 2,250 Taxes: 3,220 D/G Fees: 155 Acq Fee (not listed) 925 Total: 76,300 Even using their numbers, they seem to be adding an extra $1,604 into your drive off amount which doesn't seem to be taken into account in the numbers. I still have a question about the large down payment but after taking out the fees and taxes it probably does not make much difference in the long run in regards to possible returns using the money elsewhere. Let me know if you need anything else. |

Being from your same region. I think you can get a bit more off than 5.5%. To do so, you need to take your deal to the other local dealer. I guarantee they will make it worth your time.
You can service it the dealership of your choice. I felt bad for my sales guy at the losing dealership because the GM wouldn't come up on my trade, gave him $200 cash. My service guys heard about it and still treat me like I bought the car there. Another option is work the best deal anywhere and do a performance delivery and drive home. Feel free to PM if you need a SA name at the other dealerships. |

Beginning the search for a X5 M50i lease deal in the Central Ohio area. Has anyone had experience with discount %'s in the Ohio/Great Lakes region?

Seems allocations for an M50i are basically non-existent. Looking like Jan build or later. Anyone else having trouble finding a dealer with a modifiable allocation?

Quick question: finance credit is when you finance through BMWFS and the lease credit is for when you lease through BMWFS, right?
