There are no changes between April and May to the RV (for leasing) and the lease/APR/loyalty credits (for leasing and buying), which is what Jason's comment refers to. The official part of this thread only lists those figures anyway. The reason is because the MF for leasing and the APR for buying can vary depending on region, credit, dealer, etc. But the base MF for leasing also did not change between April and May - it's still 0.00118. The base APR for buying is the only thing that changed - from 2.9% (if I recall correctly) to 0.9%. Hope that helps!

taking delivery in May
Hi all,
I ordered an X5 in March (financing) with 2000 APR credit and 750 conquest credit + 3.29 APR. The car arrived in April however due to stay at home order I haven't picked it up yet (didn't sign anything). I plan to take delivery sometime this month, and see the APR credit became 2500 and APR became 0.9%, does that mean now I could take advantage of the extra 500 and lower APR? so total rebate I can ask from the dealer is 3250 (2500 + 750) and 0.9 APR? Thanks! |

We are in a similar situation as we ordered in March and the car is sitting in Oxnard waiting to be put on a trailer so it should arrive this month. But it would appear the biggest difference between then and now in the incentives is the 0.9% interest rate. Cash improved by $250 but depending upon one's credit rating and how much you were going to borrow, the loan rate is where they provide the most interesting offer. Presumably they can do this because of the low cost of borrowing right now. |

Unless of course they offer this for the month of June also. It's possible the dealer hasn't received the updated May program from BMW NA yet or has yet to review it. They're likely referring to the $750 conquest incentive that is offered for purchasing for first time BMW customers. They're conflating it because the number is the same. This two-month payment waiver is a totally new thing and has nothing to do with incentives/rates. It just waives your first two payments. I would educate the dealer.

my total OOP was around $3750. Doc fee of $499 in AZ (aka, profit) Reg/plates was about $1200 First payment of $698 Cap cost reduction of $315 Acq Fee of $925 And I am missing a few of the taxable bits and BS. Bu there you have it. Hope this helps. Don't think I would have gotten this deal in January or February! Last edited by LBH23; 05-15-2020 at 12:40 PM.. Reason: typo |

Hey guys, might be looking to add G05 to our stable but so far getting some mixed responses when it comes MSRP discounts prior to discounts.
What are you guys seeing as to MSRP discount on 2020 models now with Corona going on? |

I'm in Florida looking for a X5 and finding it difficult to get a good discount. So far most below 6%. Had 1 at 9%, nothing higher
