Annapolis said they had multiple trucks in yesterday (22 total vehicles). They are on the small side for dealerships in the area so they work to get them out as quick as possible. My sales guy saw it on the truck and called me to see if I wanted to pick it up and it worked out time wise.
We had trouble getting it to add to my online account properly because it was still showing in-transit while I was sitting in it. |

I'm so frustrated; I was set to go get it today, but now they told me my screen is unresponsive. They are working on it, but won't be able to pick it up today. That's just my luck. Wondering if that's a common issue.

I had a similar issue. When mine got to the dealership, I was told that the navigation wouldn't load, also the stereo and apple car play wasn't working, but they were working on it. Approximately 24 hours later, they had everything working and ready to pick up. But, I know that feeling....it's gut wrenching!!!

I don't think so, I believe it was just software issues...but I really don't know for sure. I was just told that their "engineer is working on it". I was also told that all the vehicles that were delivered on the truck to this dealership that day had the same issues. Not sure what happened in QC!!?? Obviously not much

Yours could be different obviously but the ones with the loading problem needed an iDrive update/reinstall to fix them.

They told me they have to order "the entire display unit" from Germany, and it will take up to 10 days. I don't even know if I want this car. This journey has not been a smooth sailing. Wondering if I should just ask them to order a new one? but are there any allocations for May? I am so discouraged.
