Ok now that I've calmed down a bit here's what's going on

My Mom woke up at 4:30 this morning, Tommy was in bed next to her gasping for air. She called 911 and tried to give him CPR. He died before the ambulance could get to their house. My Aunt went with my Mom to the ER. My Mom is a wreck. She is beside herself. She called me up and was balling saying "Sara what am I going to do?"... This is a question a child asks their parents. A parent asking their child this is just insane. I didnt know what to tell her. Im 2000 miles away from her and cant get a flight for two days. My Mom needs me so badly right now. Both my Aunts are with her and they brought her to my Grandma's house where she is being taken care of. This is a shock to all of us. Tommy was 50 and healthy. He had a massive heart attack and my Mom is blaming herself for not being able to save him.

wow. congrats and good luck with your mom. While it's not anything like what your mom is going through....week before last, my friend committed suicide.

He was her everything. She loved him more than words. After three divorces she finally found the one and they lived together for years... so is just a complete wreck. My Grandma is working on having her fly back to Utah with me on Thursday when I come back just to get her out of Louisiana for a while.
