The sweat comment was more a figure of speech than anything, but I'm glad you don't have them anymore!


It's so interesting how these things (keto, paleo) work. Like a couple chocolate chip cookies (approx. 300 calories) combined with my watermelon (hehe) pre-weights formula literally turn me into a machine for the next hour. But I know my body probably endures a lot more stress than most in the gym over a period of time, so it makes sense.

Bro...I love carbs. So it was like weaning off a crackhead.

On lifting days, I add 1/2 a banana to my dymatize protein shake made with almond milk. Makes an enormous difference for endurance.

I'll always be a BSN guy for life, though. That shit is literally what gets me through the day. My multivitamins, joint lubrication complex, fish oils, D3, protein, aminos, and creatine. Without them I'm toast...as are my two-a-days.

Lol! Syntha-6, Hyper FX, N.O. -Xplode, and Amino X. Not into the Hyper Shred or Nitrix, as they include ingredients found in my other supplements and I need to keep my tolerances low.

I actually was a Vanilla Ice Cream regular, but bought Chocolate Peanut Butter (which I opened first) and Strawberry for the first time. I've heard great things about Strawberry, but I'm looking forward to trying them all. Best flavor concocting supplement company, in my opinion.

Will be moving to Green Apple for pre-workout once this current tub is depleted.
