Mid Cycle Oil Change and the -Gong- : Dismissing the Service Oil Change

About to do a Mid Cycle Oil Change on the Hot Vee 8.....

The Oil Monitor for the Scheduled Service will probably ring off a bit earlier than I would want to bring the car in to get it's *mid cycle oil change dumped out*. I would probably want to stretch the next scheduled service 2500 Miles Past when the Car Thinks it Needs/Want's a Scheduled Oil Change.

The Service Oil Change get's more annoying as you delay .

Is there any way to -dismiss- it for at least 1K when the initial service oil chimes up (just short of a reset)
