TiVo and video problems ? X5 50E

I had TiVo video for 2 months in my center display … it quit working now … my eSIM is working and I reset the head unit …. it does not work at all. When I try to start the application nothing happens.Has anybody else seen this problem?

Before you ask, it only worked while the car was in park and not moving

While it may change in the future, TiVo was not intended for the X5 and has been removed from vehicles. I'm surprised yours still shows.
