CA sent me a screenshot showing "Released to Carrier" status and truck carrier company name on it (Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport). Is that better than "Awaiting Carrier Assignment" (which is what My Garage shows)?

Yep that is better, assigned means that it should get picked up soon - mine says awaiting carrier assignment on the web, but if you click into the tracker, under it, it says assigned to carrier (no name though on the website). Usually means picked up by carrier within a day or so. Once picked up your CA should have a delivery day.

Called and received an update, scheduled to leave on a carrier tomorrow but they said it looked like it will make a truck today, so that means Saturday 12/22 at the dealer or 12/23 if picked up tomorrow - of course that probably means won't get it until after christmas (maybe small chance they can PDI and get it to me before we will see). Due to the delays, just went over mileage on my old lease last week!

One thing you can do - once they get it at the dealership - is go in and sign papers, etc so they can get the insurance binder from your insurance company, get it registered and have it ready asap.

I went in yesterday to take care of the paperwork side and it enabled them to deliver to me as early as tomorrow (I picked Fri). Reach out to your CA and talk tactics based on your estimated "vehicle at dealership" - acknowledge that it's going to be a crazy busy delivery week for them and see if he/she can coordinate
1) Getting paperwork done once vehicle is at the dealer and
2) A delivery/pickup date that works for you.

Thanks, I am just moving plates as last one was a lease, so I think they can just switch plates and have 7 days to make the changes with insurance and registry, but I just emailed to see what they can do ahead of time, so good advice.

Changed to awaiting carrier assignment on Saturday and stuck there since, when called Monday genius told me scheduled to leave that day (17th) on a truck for arrival to the dealership in Nj on the 19th today, still stuck in awaiting carrier assignment, whats up with this people?

So you're getting the credit on top of whatever deal you already had in place prior to your order? I've seen the credit listed on the window sticker. Where else would I see that in case my rep doesn't bring it up?

Hurray for you and hurray for me - genius said delivery to dealer Friday, CA said if that actually happens I could take delivery Saturday! Now I just need that hauler to make it here unscathed. Lotta weather rollin' across I-95 the next 48 hours.

I guess the shorter transport time make up for the delay in QC for some of the east coast owners !

My week 49 was dispatched from the factory on 12/13 after less than 1 day in QC, but it will not arrive at the West Coast VPC in Oxnard until 12/28, hopefully it will transfer to the Dealer right away and deliver it to my home shortly after that.

Yes I did. I saw it on window sticker first when looking over car before signing paper work. That would be your best bet to look if you're getting the credit. My MSRP was lower on my paperwork along with lower total owed to reflect credit.

Yes, correct it’s on the window sticker and my dealer was able to see it in his end once the car arrived.

Hauler arrived a day early (today) - taking delivery tomorrow afternoon!!

I'm getting the Leather Credit as well according to my CA. Interestingly, the Acoustic Glass option increased in price from $150 to $300

Also got the leather credit - apparently it was already in my build quote from a couple months ago as well, as the quoted MSRP matched the sticker MSRP with the credit. It just wasn't shown as a separate line on my quote.

Either way, SUPER happy with the car. Already had one error pop up on the idrive though about reduced driving assistance, however it was raining heavily on the way home.

Slowly but surely getting there, car made record time, got on a truck Wed, at the dealer this morning - went nosing around and found it, problem is the truck was faster than the mail, so title has not arrived, they said likely they will have it no later than monday, so going to pickup Wed possibly. Anyway a couple pics for now.
