Hello and thank you for contacting BMWPartsPros!

Very easy DIY to install these.

Just unscrew a couple bolts from the bumper, then screw back in.

Also can print out the PDF installation instructions for you as well.

I have these on my X5 and they are really difficult to clean behind. They constantly feel like they're coming to snap as I gently squeeze a wash mit behind them. If you take your car to a car wash, they're more than likely to get broken off.

The do look good though.

I really love the look, but I also enjoy the hassle free automated car wash...hopefully they woudn't snap off.

Well, first the X6 ones need to appear on the market

I'm sorry I don't know.

I ordered them at the same time as the car and they were fitted when I picked it up. Don't look overly complicated though.

You will have to pry it off with a plastic tool to release the clippings that is holding the rear trim to the bumper.

Be careful with the paint though!

Thanks Brit.

I tried using plastic tools and prying it from the outside but haven't been able to get it out. do you pry it from the outside until you find the clip and just go hard?
