Great UK thread - interesting to have seen the changes on here over the last year. When I ordered getting 10% off was a real battle and now it's 20%! I do prefer Porsche UK's no discount policy in some ways though as the residuals are so much better. Voluntary terminated previous X6 M50D as it was about £6k in the hole, despite a wopping up-front discount.

Arctic grey + black grill + 22s = the "Rhino". Same as mine and think it has real presence. Question - are the exhausts black at the back? Really want to change this on mine but seen reports it takes hours etc.

I've got a sapphire black one.

Was determined to not go grey again as the last 3 cars had been grey.

Even though the artic is stunning.

I was originally tempted to black out the grille and exhaust, in essence 'de-chrome'. I did that with my mineral grey 4 series. Blacked out grille and wrapped the wing mirrors gloss black along with the side vents.

With the current car being black, I'm liking the way chrome breaks things up.

On the forum in other threads, people have spoken about just turning the slats black and leave the surround chrome and I love the sound of that, but would need a rendering before I commit.

Just back from 1,000 miles to Spain - great car for pounding the miles although lacks the excitement of course of the Panamera (wife's car). The X5 is quieter though.

Am questioning my driving as I have not managed to get the mpg above 23...even on the long motorway stretches it is not getting anything like the 28 (and I know we are both talking UK metrics). Something to look out for.

I agree, the 22's have minimal noise I can hear. I'm not sure as they are non run flats are cheaper to buy overall.

They just apply a cold/hot edge inside the holder. during a half hour ride you'll see minimal difference to liquid temp though!

Exhaust tips are black also on the new msport plus. Got them on my late August build

I picked up my M50D last week after initially ordering a 30D. I always wanted a M50D but my local dealer didn't tell me it was available.
Another dealer who I was speaking to about an M50D told me they could offer me the 2.9% and that's how I got what I really wanted.

Anyhow, all in all. Impressive car.

My guess is the dealer only gave you a good rate to move the MY2019 car.

I bought a £66.5k car for £54k! That’s my limit!!

I’ve been a sado and looking up the vin number (as I signed the RAV form for road tax this afternoon so have the vin and reg number ) to see the options etc!!!!! Trying to figure out if it’s MY19 or 20 even though it makes ZERO difference!!!

Was that a 4yr deal and you voluntary terminated at year 3?

There’s a few addons in some of the packs, like drive recorder and m sport seats belts for example.....

Do you know when yours was built ? Seems the cut off is 1st August...
