Just an FYI for any future reference help…there’s a digital owners manual built into iDrive which is VIN specific (unlike the universally written paper back version) that has multiple was of searching…one of them is a KEYWORD search. If you would enter VOICE as the keyword…you’d probably quickly find the instructions for adjusting the volume. There’s also a list of videos on multiple topics which are really neat to watch which can be found under USER HELP.

And the instructions are also in the paperback version of the owners manual (see screenshot below)…also found in the rear index under VOICE CONTROL.

While huge, it’s a good idea to RTFM! There’s all sorts of logic built into a modern, complex, computer driven vehicle like your X5…you paid for it, might as well at least explore the possibilities. While you may not agree with the engineers’ or marketing peoples’ thoughts, at least understanding them can make life better while in the vehicle.

Thanks for the info. I appreciate you. Do you also think that assignments are so important and you need to do them professionally, but are you lacking them? If you are, then you can get help from this https://ukwritings.com/assignment-writer website, which I have been using to get help. I like them because they have helped me so much in my journey, and they are also very affordable.
