How to remove gas tank door

Any ideas how to remove the black plastic around the gas tank inlet nozzle?

That could be a tough one.
It might be in the T1S under gas tank removal.

Is yours broken/damaged/cracked?

No it isn't damaged, but it has some over spray that I want to remove.

I'm a bit particular about these kind of things as well. So, I get it. On the other hand, aside from you, who is going to every see that over spray? If it's on the black plastic, it's only going to be visible upon filling the tank, right?
