No worries- sometimes it's not worth it. I'm hungry for 13 days straight when counting macros in order to keep BF % low so I stay pretty vascular.

Mannnnn.... I don't have much hair on me.

I have zero chest hair, arm hair is gold due to all the chlorine in the pool/swimming, same with the (minimal) leg hair I do have.

Bizarre- considering my facial hair grows extremely fast(have to shave daily otherwise I look like a bum)/hair on my head. I guess that's where It all goes.
