Does your heads up display change when "M" button is hit?

Every YouTube video I've seen and my previous experience with M-cars all indicate that the Heads-Up display changes when the M button is hit?

The only way I can get it to work is if I hit M Mode by the shifter. I can't even preset it as part of the M1 or M2 buttons.

On a side note, anyone know what the L2 button on the driver's side door does?

Same here re the M display and I can't figure out the L2 button either even after just having a quick look at the owner's manual. Not a very helpful response but at least you know you're not alone.

It is not an L2 button, it is a visual of a seat with the #2 so the driver can adjust the passenger seat for their guest. This feature is clearly shown in the owners manual.

So do you position passenger seat and hit SET > L2?

No, you push L2. That now gives you control over that seat from the drivers seat control. Once you have it set, you can program that position while L2 is still active by using the memory buttons on the drivers door.

No, press L2 and while indicator on L2 button is lit, adjust passenger seat with driver seat controls, including the 1 and 2 buttons. I don't actually know whether you can set passenger recalls 1 and 2 from drivers side, but you can activate them when L2 is lit.
