How did you get them to do it? I understand you new to report a phony problem for them to install a new version.

For one thing, they replaced my headliner and muffler, so adding a software update was not particularly time-consuming comparatively. My dealership is also pretty top-notch, and understands customer satisfaction. I had the overhead camera misalignment issue mentioned in threads here previously, and the OTA update to 11/2019 appeared to fix it, but just to be sure they applied the latest. I just asked them to take a look while they had it in to be sure the problem wouldn't recur - they decided to update it.
