Thanks. I plan to get a 2020 LCI 750 next year. And from my personal experience, one can find nearly whatever you want if you're patient, including Individual and rare color combos. I have a specific contact who can find any car if it is available, new or used.

Tartuffo vs Coffee actual pics

The Tartufo is great with a black vehicle. Not over powering with the black elsewhere, and really adds a luxury look. Soft, very comfortable. I've been very pleased with it.

Looks Good!

The only thing that urks me with BMW and why they refuse to do it... Not color matching the Dash with the Seats. Would be so much nicer.

I'm on the opposite side: black dash only, otherwise the reflections are a killer.

One thing to note about the Wood inlay steering wheel(2XL) is that it deletes the Sport Automatic transmission(2TB) which deletes the shifter paddles on the back of the steering wheel.

Any decent pictures of the coffee interior? I’m scrolling through and it seems like they are all tartuffo. Maybe I’m just missing them?

I have coffee with Anthracite-Brown Poplar Matte Wood - it's the best combo IMO. I'll snap some good pics and post them for you.

The problem with looking for pictures of Tartufo, and Coffee for that matter, is depending on the picture source (cell phone camera, DSLR, etc.) and how your viewing said source (monitor, cell phone, etc) the colors will vary so widely. You really need to see them in person. Tartufo in my favorite and I would have gotten it if it were available when I built my car. Coffee was a close second. If you see coffee and tartufo side by side, tartufo has a more "earthy" brown to it. I like to call it like a saddle brown. coffee is a little darker but only by a shade or two. I feel like coffee will stay the same color through out it's life but tartufo may develop a good patina which will make it look even better as it ages, IMO.

Right you are about making any judgements on anything color related by viewing it on your puter. I was in a BMW dealership looking for tartufo, they had it in an X5 and an 840 and my wife and I walked back and forth between the two cars and we both thought we saw a difference in color, a small diff but I think the reason we kept walking back and forth was that we couldn't believe they would be diff since they were both tartufo. We basically chalked it up to the fact that the 840 was next to a large window and the X5 was in the middle of the showroom floor and more influenced by their interior lighting rather than natural light.

However, that just goes to show you how lighting can change the way a color looks. Also, the 840 was tartufo and black while the X5 was all tartufo and we thought that was playing into the diff we were seeing. So, long store short, you can somewhat narrow down your color choice on line but if you are trying to discern between two colors in the same relative spectrum, you must go find them in person, no two ways about it, its not like choosing between black and tartufo or canberra and coffee.

....and by the way, tartufo looks great in person

WOW - no wonder I didn't think any were posted, it looks MUCH lighter as compared to the build tool (which looks more like a dark mocha online). Still looks great and I think is the right choice for me. Thanks for taking the pics in the light so I won't be totally shocked. Very nice!!

The online configurator makes it look like a really dark brown like a chocolate. It's definitely not that. I'm really happy with it. I wanted tartufo but it wasn't available so I was really worried about coffee. The difference between the two is not very dramatic, in my opinion.

I've just ordered a M50i X6 in Tanzanite blue exterior. As I'm getting the option M Multifunctional seats, I can only get Black merino or Tartuffo Varnasca.. the Varnasca is grainy and much coarse than the merino. What would you recommend for Tanzi blue ?

Why can you only get these two options on a custom-ordered car? I'd go with Merino in Ivory White for Tanzi blue.

Good to know. I'd personally be fine with that just too have the steering wheel.
