738 Wheel Fitment

I'm looking to confirm the 738 wheel will fit my G05 with M sport brakes/calipers.

The 738 wheel is 20x9.0 and comes with 275/45 R20 tires. These are the same exact measurements of the 740m style wheel which definitely clears the M sport brakes/calipers.

I'm just uncertain if there is more to the equation than the wheel size. Can anyone confirm for sure?

They are the same. Same off-sets also. 35 I believe

I recently purchased a set with M+S tires on them for winter and while I have not fitted them yet, the seller assured me that they fit G05/06 with the M brakes. He did say that there's not a lot of clearance, though, and you have to be careful putting the fronts on or you might chip the paint on the calipers.
