I have a 2019 X5 M Sport.
Have tried to disable ASD but cant find any mention of engine noise under General Settings in iDrive 7.
Does this mean I don't have it?

It is called Active Sound Design. If I remember correctly the ability to turn it off is not available on the 40i and needs to be coded.
