The delivery next to mine had red! Nothing against what people decide but it had the blue riverside, red vernasca leather, and Tetragon trim. I didn’t enjoy looking at it as much as mine. The tetragon is a rough choice in my opinion on this interior. The red vernasca is muted and not a hard bright red however, just not something I’d choose.

Here are a couple with the red interior, maybe they will help. I think the red leather looks good, the metal trim not so much for some reason.

Are there any pics of the 2020 X6 next to the 2020 X4. I'm just curious how they look side by side.

Almost all the pics of the new X6 I see are blue or green/brown. I would love to see photos of the black on black X6...wheels and all.

X6 M50i Delivery Stop.....
Went to my dealer today to find my car and we looked up the latest bulletins and there is now a Delivery STOP, Change oil....
They called into the VPC in Oxnard and was told that there are 26 X6 on the grounds there. Dealer is gonna talk to someone tomorrow and see if they can get it trucked out and change the oil themselves... |

I finally had a chance to pick mine up! Then I drove it to get ceramic, Xpel, and tints. Also ordered from IND the painted reflectors front and rear but those will take about 3 weeks for arrival since they aren't quiet available yet.
The only thing I can say initially is WOW! Traded my 17 X6 for this. Between X6s I also got my wife the 19 X5. I was blown away with the 19 X5 last year when we got it. The 24 mile drive from dealership to detail shop yesterday was the best miles ever driven. I cannot wait to get this car back by end of week. The ride, the power, the exhaust, the B&W sound, the leather, the wheels, the comfort, the carbon fiber. Just awesome! I got the Wheel and tire package as well... $2800 no deductible. I didn't love the cost but these wheels and tire and the potholes in the northeast... Almost a must have. I went through 3 tires on the last x6 Last edited by mspete75; 11-12-2019 at 07:28 AM.. |

I'm not sure, but I thought I read that the M50s were up first for build, then the 40s. Dealers are only just getting their ordered M50s now, my dealer got their first one yesterday afternoon and it was purchased before the end of the day (by me).
It may be awhile before regular and/or even Msport 40s start coming out. |

Finally took delivery of my M50i. I can confirm that there was a heavy hold up on x6’s and x7s for “contaminated oil”.
I’m coming from a ‘16 x6 3.5 w/ the M power kit. The power delivery and deep exhaust on this car def lines up w/ a M car.. The pops seem like they’ll get better as the engine gets broken in but it’s def a “experience” to drive. I test drove the Gle coupe a few months back as a possible replacement and the auditable exhaust made the feeling of speed/fun so much more enhanced. Really put a smile on my face, although the cornering wasn’t the same. However, the M50i aligns the exhaust with handling dialing up the M worthy fun factor. Would love to post pics but I can’t figure out how to load pics on my phone. My spec is Rb w/ Tacora red interior, executive package, glass controls, integral active steering, extended shadowline trim, 22in 742m wheels, and heated front seats/ steering wheel. |
