I was able to get $1000 discount using the Trillium Car Club membership but more important to me was an early April allocation.

What's the delivery time to Canada (Toronto)? My dealer said mine is scheduled for production for 2nd week of April.

Ordered X5 4.0i this past Monday and salesman called yesterday and said in production. He gave me the last 7 digits of VIN as production number to enter in BMWUSA. The 7 digits includes one letter and entry box says 7 numbers are required so it won't advance. Don't know if anyone has had experience with this? If I get full VIN then there is a separate entry box for that. I know salesman will keep me informed.

My dealer has some '24 X5s enroute to dealership. And mine went into production so I guess they have. What exactly does LCI stand for BTW? Isn't it jus the new '24 production?

My previous X5's where delivered to my GTA dealer within 7 to 10 days after production.

Wow that quick? They ship by truck here to KC area so hopefully they have a load this way about the time my car is done. Since I had trouble with entering info on BMWUSA my dealer just sent a screen shot of what they use. My car says, "150-155 Scheduled for or in production". Not sure what the numbers mean.

Oh thats good news. Great build btw. I ordered similar but took a risk going with Ametrine Metallic having never seen it in person. Hope it works out.

My X5, scheduled for a 14 April production, just went through the paint booth and is now starting actual assembly. Exciting!

That would be highly unusual for a build to move up that far, we have never seen it happen. Are you sure you aren't in the Production Begins status?

Just got word from my dealer that air suspension and 22 inch wheels are not available for April production 40i units

All I know is the in of the website spews out. it will be interesting tomorrow if actual production begins. I'm not sure how long after paint that is.

If you see it in MyGarage then it may be happening. I thought it was info from your dealer. What is interesting is that very rarely is the Paint booth status seen since the updates are done in batch and it jumps to Entering Assembly Line. Let us know how it goes.

I wonder if the order was for week 14 (so starting April 3rd, next Monday) rather than April 14, and it just got bumped a couple days?

I just noticed the prodDate for my car, as revealed by the F12 method, has changed from April 5th to April 4th. It's still status 150 though.

Mine was ordered on March 18 and am currently at status 112.
