then found the company site and they have two pictures, not sure if it's actually real and on the x5 but looks decent, just needs a better price, $1900+ right now

Found a first cheap aftermarket one from China. $110 plus shipping. Looks like a direct copy of M performance splitter

The website on Aliexpress says it's attached using screws. Pretty much all of these spoilers have self tapping screws that hold these on, plus some provided with double sided tape, but I would always say use the screws without a doubt.

Tbh i prefer not to screw any hole on my car but at the same time i dont trust the 3m tape at all
