I pick up my car next Saturday. It is a 36/12 lease. I asked about getting the higher loyalty ($1500 vs $1000 previous) and was told I could get the new loyalty but would have to take the higher MF. The CA is going to run the numbers, but seems silly. Of course I want to eat my cake.

Those 2 are not tied together at all. They are trying to screw you. Tell them you want base rate MF AND the loyalty credit or you will walk. I hate shady dealerships.

Can someone confirm if the base MF for Jan 2019 is still .00182?

To clarify: the MF went up for January. As did the loyalty credit to $1500. I locked in a lower MF in Dec when the loyalty was $1000. I was asking to keep my locked an lower MF but $1500 loyalty...and was told I have to choose: keep my lower MF or take the higher loyalty .

Difference between the 0.00188 versus 0.00182 is approximately $6 to $7ish per month. So over the term of 36 months - you're paying $250+. The higher $1500 loyalty helps offsets the increase in MF.

Dealer is correct - you can't mix and match between your locked (0.00182 + $1K) and January program (0.00188 + $1500)
