Figured I'd keep the trend going and start a thread for the MY25 X5 Week 18 builds (week of April 29th).

My order:
Ordered a 50e in Tanzanite Blue in mid December 2023 and currently in status 112. Hoping to get a VIN # next week.

Looking forward to hearing updates on everyone's orders.

Same here, 50e Tanzanite Blue. UK order in Jan 24, week 18 build, status changed from 111 to 112 last week.
Tell them to hurry up

Just like you, ordered a 50e in mid December and hoping Week 18 holds up. Status 112 and anxious to see the switch to 150!

M60i for week 18. 111 -> 112 last week. I heard VIN will come a bit before the build week (maybe when it gets to 150)?

Yes, when you go to into the Production Begins (150) status a VIN will be assigned. That status doesn't mean that assembly has begun but rather than a VIN has been assigned and parts ordered/allocated.

My order is : Dravit Grey fully loaded with all available options. Called genius yesterday and was assured that will be ready on week 18!
Current status is: Scheduled for production .

I ordered a 50e in early January and scheduled for Week 18. Like many of you have been checking the status regularly and currently at 112. Excited to track the status with all of the fellow Week 18 folks! Looking forward to seeing everyone's pictures when we all reach delivery day too!

I ordered a 2024 X5 50e on January 8th and after several delays it’s been converted to an MY25. My dealer still says I am scheduled for a week 18 build. I'm not sure where to look up the status code?

The status description is shown in MyGarage. You can give Genius a call to verify your build week.

Here is the list of codes or you can use the "F12" process to get the actual code.

This would serve me as orientation, myself not being able to follow the process so in detail - very much relying on Sales Representative.
I’ve seen in the other build threads, that some cars where shifted to earlier weeks even…. So just to have some more infos available on potential shifts and build dates.

This is the point where the whole GDPR (Data Privacy Regulation in Europe) drives me even more nuts 🫤 being not able to follow my order…

With 2 weeks to go to Week 18, no change via F12 process.

Watching the Week 14 thru 16 threads and sounded like most people got their VINs about 2 weeks prior to their production week. Was hoping that we might see some movement from 112 to 150 but nada.

For what it's worth I was a week 17 build sitting at status 112, but today I got my VIN and moved to 150, with a build date of 4/30. So mine slipped only a few days.

I'm a week 18 build for a X5 M60i. I'm in status 112 and checking a few times a day for a build date.

For delivery inside the US - am I correct in estimating I'd take delivery about 2 weeks from my build date? Seems to be the trend I'm seeing if things stay on schedule?

No, it should be a few days from your build date as long as there are no delays in QC or getting a carrier.

Both, assembly takes less than a day, about 4 hours or so.

That's promising! I don't know my build date but I was told it was in week 18. So based on your comment it would be possible to receive the car in week 19? I'll be shocked but that is awesome!

Give Genius a call with your production number and they can give you your build date. Once you go to Production Begins (150) then you can use the F12 process to get your build date.

You should have no problem getting it the next week as long as nothing is delayed.
