Any way to track which train the cars on and it's scheduled arrival
My train was supposed to be in San Bernardino on Monday and unloading. It still shows "in transit" and hasn't arrived yet. At this pace it will be a week late soon.
Train was in Kansas City and arrived at "Port" then went into "in transit" and has been in this state much longer than it took from Spartanburg to Kansas City. The Genius said it would land this monday the 28th in San Bernardino but that hasn't happened yet with no updates at all. Even some way to do an educated guess would help. Ask your CA, they will likely get better information than the tracker. To answer your question though, there is a thread someplace with the steps for tracking the train, actually the car I believe, that your vehicle is on.

The CA can get you the car number, it should look like TTGX991718 or different letters and numbers depending on the carrier. Call 877-752-2706 it is an automated system, do not speak to a live person. There are a few options, but near the end it will say Passing, stopped, or passed and give you a city, date and time. If it says empty, it means the cargo is delivered and the autorack is on the way back.
