Looks great :-)

Any Canadian sources on where to get these parts? Do the links help with handing and body roll?

Will it rub if its driven on the new loading height (if made sports height as new loading height)

you can't drive at loading height because the vehicle rises as soon as the driver or passenger door closes.

you mean to lower it so the current Loading height becomes the new Sport height? if you make the current Sport height the “new” Loading height, you’re raising it

still, I believe if you lower that much, you’ll get errors. check posts from Afjeld

I finally had time this past weekend to attempt this install with RGSport links.
A few questions...

I couldn't even get the sensor disconnected, they were pretty well stuck on with dirt etc. I can try to pry off the tabs a little, but there's not a lot of room to work with.
Is there a way to install the links and not disconnect these sensors? Looks like the error code goes away? I can also get bimmercode if that can clear it.

Second, I can easily get access to the front links, but the rears, not sure how you guys get access without removing the wheels. I can raise the car, then are you crawling on the ground to reach the links?

Lastly, are there any concerns of the nuts coming loose? I guess the links won't adjust in size. Also, do you put the links on the balls, then attach the retaining clip?

Thanks in advance!

The other end has a screw type like the BBM links. It’s easier to remove now rathe than pushing the piece in with a socket to remove and you don’t have to worry about breaking the other end, you just use a 10mm socket to remove it. Also unlike the front piece’s that you pop off with the heat gun, it looks like it’s metal rather than plastic.
Would anyone have the part numbers for these replacement pieces?

So if lowering links are installed and you drop the car by lets say 1" down on the sport suspension setting that would mean mid position will roughly equal to previous stock factory and the highest suspension setting will be 1" lower due to installed links?

Second pic looks level and rides perfect.

2016 F15 X5 doesn’t have front air.
The link on non air suspension is only for hedalight auto leveling.
While on air suspension is for ride height and headlight auto leveling.

Does anyone have the install instructions from r33_RGSport’s lowering links? I somehow either did not get instructions with mine, or they were misplaced. Oops! Bought directly from Ben, but all I have now is links in bubble wrap 😅

Installation instruction is in a form of QR code.
So hard to provide installation instruction these days, lol.
I have includes them fully printed out, guys still losing it.
I includes them in QR codes since they want digital version, still lost it.
I even includes a download link on the web order page, no one read it. lol.

Email me your order# and I'll email you a copy.

I don't share this publicly since some eastern company been stealing my installation instructions for their own benefit.

I was able to figure out without the instructions 👍 These links were definitely from you though! I probably just missed the QR code.

No issues during install. I did not remove any wheels. I did find that jacking up was 60 seconds of time well spent for each wheel.

Front tires just off the ground. Back tires ~4” off the ground was enough for me to slide under with ease.

First one (driver front) maybe an hour for me in total being slow, cautious, and not having exact instructions. That locking pin was toughest for me. Finally took the stuff off and made it way faster.

From there on, each was about 10 minutes. I found it way faster to remove the bolts and take the links out.
