No idea but the warranty is 25,000 miles on staggered setups (half 50k for non-staggered) so I’d expect 30-35k.

Update.........although I wanted the Conti DWS I ended up ordering PIRELLI P ZERO ALL SEASON PNCS @ $2500 for all four tires. 275/35 ZR22 fronts and 315/30 ZR22 rears. My dealer recommended that I not change to 275/40 and 315/35 DWS as potential transfer case issues can occur due to the slight change in diameter. Who knows. I think the chance is slim. I'm having them installed next week and will take a 1800m road trip the following week. Will give my assessment here in mid November.

Update after putting 2500 miles on the Pirelli A/S PNCS tires. They are as advertised most notably with noise reduction inside the cabin. These are the quietest tires I've ever had on any SUV. Appearance wise they look to be wearing evenly and have generally held firm on psi since new.

I took off my 285/40/22 & 325/35/22 to 275/40/22 & 315/35/22 on pirelli pz4 run flat. It rides amazing now and. Have room for lowering and maybe 12mm and 15mm spacers
