Oh man! Well, as long as he had a place to stay. Are you okay, by the way? LMAO. I don't think I've ever heard you talk about hanging out with your neighbors.
That's some pretty techy shit. Thought about getting a security system, but I just put up a sign in front of the house for a security system. Pretty neat though, now you just need that doorbell thing that sends video when people are on your porch.

Yeah I'm good, usually find ways of fucking myself up one way or another lol. I'm really good friends with my one neighbor, hang out quite a bit. I'll shoot hoops with his kid, his little daughter likes to come over and pet the guinea pig and stuff, cool little fam.

Ha, yeah. I'd been fooling around with it all weekend, it's crazy how much feedback it gives. It wasn't cheap, but I'd rather have something there given that we are rarely at home. You do have security systems already though. Aren't they, uh, auto and semi-automatic?

LOL! Well that's cool man, it seems like they're trusting of you...for some reason.

@Verbiage

Not much man. Busy weekend. A lot of driving around. Hit the batting range after a long time.

Car is great. Definitely one of the best driving cars I've driven. My tint guy should be coming this week. Will get pictures up A$AP.

Working on an exhaust for the 3. Got a good price for MPE. Going to get a Dinan and Akra quote.

What's up with you? Any M3 developments?

Yeah I saw on IG you were out there, how'd you enjoy it?

And I bet! I've only sat in one at the dealership (in MD they have Tesla dealers inside some of the high end malls, is it like that in your town, also?). Can't wait to see the pics. But cop the Akra.

Yeah, order will be placed in November. Got about $3k left on the 335i that will be taken care of by August, gonna let it marinate on my credit score for a bit, close some other shit out, and submit so that it'll be built after this coming winter. Putting around $14K down on it, build will come out to be approx. $85K. I'm splurging for the CCB's.

Decided to go with Yas Marina w/ Full Sakhir interior, will save the Individual route for my next car.

It was fun. Did about 4 rounds. Started at 50mph, worked up to 80mph. Still got it.

It's the same in Chicago. The high end malls have Tesla stores that act as showrooms. Really smooth process. A little boring, but no kinks. It's also really easy to milk free shit out of them. Got 3 coats, weather tech floor mats, a hat, a pen, a pin, and a mug.

Thinking Akra, but don't want to spend too much. Hopefully the quote is low (or at least the sound persuades me).

Smart play on the 3. Seems like your getting everything ticked! Don't think I've seen Sakhir on Yas Marina. Should be nice.

I sometimes wish I went M3 instead of 3. Decided on Black with cloth and the executive package. But I got a deal on the 3. Oh well, maybe down the road. Or maybe I'll skip and just get a 911.

That's wassup! And whoa, that's pretty interesting. I suppose they are really trying to push sales of those cars. I see quite a few of them around, these days, so I'm sure they are doing well as far as customer retention goes. I also saw one of the little SUV's the other day, it looked like a Mars patrol vehicle, or something. Lol so awesome.

Yeah, I think the main way to get good sound is with a catless DP. But I know you don't want this car to be loud, so I'm sure that will do just fine. I am thinking of MPE for the F80, since I think a muffler and res delete would be too loud for the car for daily driving.

Yeah , looks like most folks like Silverstone on YMB, but that's like, the flagship combination. Wanted something different. Either way, just looking forward to owning something with some power, again. Lol.

Damn! Now that's cool. Such clarity! And via cloud storage, at that. Automatic periodic uploads, I assume. You're always on top of stuff.

I'd like to do some of the security stuff you're talking about but the wife doesn't care for security systems. I kind of get it as almost all of our exterior doors are made of glass and most of the back of the house is glass. So what's the point. Getting better deadbolts or door locks aren't going to keep anyone out if they're determined to get in.

This our best bet for keeping people out.

That's understandable. I'm sure you're in a single family home, also. I'm in a townhouse, so points of entry are somewhat limited, but they're slightly more accessible given the patio setups and stuff.

I suppose if someone got a running start, they could crash through the sliding glass door?

+1 for pet security. He also looks to be at half staff. You must have been the one taking that picture.

I do have a half ass camera system up now and will be upgrading it in the next week or so. I also think i'm going to get one of those DIY wireless security systems. They use cellular network instead of land line to call police and notify me of any breach. They're pretty easy to set up. Though, with the number of visible cameras on the exterior of the house, only the dumbest criminals will chance it. Plus anything of real value is in the safe. When we go out of town we always have someone house/dog sit, so he's always on guard.

Sliding doors are hard to run through and when they break they sound like a gunshot.

@Verbiage

There business strategy is stupid good, in my opinion. Also helps that the product sells itself. I saw the suv during delivery. Told my SA about it, he offered to lend me one for the day. Might take him up on that.

I would go with a DP, but I need to pass emissions to renew registration in IL. Don't want it too loud, just a bit more pronounced. The stock exhaust is actually really nice from the outside. The f30/f80 platform is just built really well, meaning less noise enters the cabin. This thing is quieter than my Audi on the inside. With the windows down, you can here the turbo spool, etc.

Did you get the competition package, or whatever it's called? ZCP or something?

Do it! I really like them. One of the forum members on here that I follow on IG also has one. But that's cool then, DP is not really necessary in that case. Single turbo setups are quite loud. Especially from that video you posted, I was really surprised.

But no, no ZCP. For $5500 extra, I can do without special seats and black exterior badging and the extra power. Lol. I also despise large wheels. 19" is already pushing it.
