Interesting logs.
Looks like the JB4 is adding about 6 lbs of boost over what is displyed in the ecu column. I'm guessing that this ecu column is the value being fed to the ecu by the JB4 and the "boost" column is the actual pressure sensor reading that results after JB4 map #2 intervention. The measured AFRs are a bit leaner than what I would have expected. I'm guessing once again by assuming that the ecu's factory "tune" via its look-up tables is fueling to accomplish these commanded afrs. |

The big question is whether it "feels" stronger running Map 2. I would guess that 6 lbs of additional boost should be a good boost in tq and over all pull. Also wondering how much more than 22lbs of boost we can run on these motors, that's getting up there on a stock motor. |

Can you post the graphed logs? From the tabular data, there appears to be some big timing shifts. That can be KR.

AFRs are rock solid, so there is more than enough fuel to run that boost.
Question 1... are you on the throttle the entire way? I assume yes because pedal shows 100, but the logs are showing the throttle fluttering quite a bit. Question 2... if you aren't coming off the throttle, then I am curious why the boost is so much less on the second run of the second log. I don't see boost target, so it is hard to say what the JB is requesting. I don't think you are knocking for what it is worth. There are just some oddities. I am positive you could run more boost once you get the new DPs in there too. I would love to see a log running Map zero so we know what is normal with the N63R. I put both logs into 1 graph so you can compare side by side I am on the throttle 100% of the time until right before redline In the log look under map column to see which map I was running

There is still a question as to why you are getting throttle closures. In your Map 2 run, you can see the throttle snap close just after you hit the boost target at 2800 rpm. There is also a timing drop on map 2 right around 4700 rpm. Notice the logs show the throttle dropping all the way to 69% despite the pedal input near 100%. You vehicle will definitely be faster once you figure out why those two issues are there. Does JB still have the ability to log KR? |

Throttle seems to be dropping off around 4K rpm as well Burger tuning replied back to my logs and said they all look good so that's weird

That pull shows the timing retarding 2 degrees while the throttle snaps to 66%. There is a second notable timing drop at 5k rpm but not as large of a throttle closure. It is pulling 4 degrees of timing. You are not getting those timing drops on the Map 0 run, so that would personally bother me.

I am not sure why the throttle blade is all over the place at WOT? I wish we could see a log from one of our flashed guys. |

Now you should get a racechip and run that along with the JB with map zero so you can log for a direct comparison. I believe Ben from RGsports is offering refund if you aren't happy with the racechip.

Have you tried throwing a few gallons of E85 in there yet with map 1 or 2? I read a post on the N54 burger tuning forum who does this with his M550i and JB4, says it makes a huge difference.
