Why is COTM always behind?
I see the moderators & admin. posting pretty frequently on here but I'd say the last 6 months (if not more), COTM is always behind and not posted.
This may not be a Fortune 500 but this wouldn't fly on a site this big for me + I want to see the COTM...   /rant
