That is certifiably atrocious to look at. I mean - honestly - it looks worse than an aborted fetus.

Meh. Too rushed and didn't get it right.
Not enough there now, or planned, to get me out of my F15 anytime in the next 5-10 years.

See, I feel the opposite. The rear end is a little bland with a lot of blank space which looks a little rough from some angles. But I do like the more agressive front (BMWs new design language looks modern, I kinda like it). The wheels look great with bigger rims and the M Sport package is a must have for me. Plus the interior is just amazing and sleek. Mercedes has done great things with their long massive display, but some of their newer models don't look great with a massive screen just tacked on. I like how the new X5 has a screen to match that (well, two of them together) but it looks more seamless with the interior.

Plus more horsepower and space. That's cool too.

I really hope they introduce a Luxury Line to include the body paint colored fender flares like the current gen with the 20" wheels. Not everyone wants to opt in for M Sport to get body colored trims.

The "cleanest" look will be for the X5M (F95).

Everything looks fantastic except the tail lights. Maybe they have a different presence in real life, but in the pics they look very un-BMW like and out of place.

Garage List
I saw a Hyundai/Kia.. oh wait.... it written X5!

Dafuq BMW? Why the hell did BMW rushing to replace the beautiful F15 even without giving it a proper LCI? Too rush for competition against other rivals. End up shoot yourself in the leg.

This new X5 model is far more elegant than the F15 ever was.
The reas looks refined and the front is more macho and sculpted.
In M sport i think it will stand far more out than the bland F15, but let's wait and see it in RL.
These boring Kia comparisons is getting boring guys...

While I get it, accepting is not what should define BMW design.
(What design?)

BMW should read those comments and realize that they are not where they should be.
Pretty dissapointing I will say.

Anyway, I like the “not connected to the grills” headlights, no hood line, but hate the grills: very ugly, big and don’t flow with the rest.

The rear, is so overplayed by japanese-koreans that makes me wonder if there is someone with imagination in that team...

The grey trim on the white X5 looks very Audi allroad/volvo-ish to me.
