I might pass on my order too...not sure. Only other option would be to order the 20"'s with a winter set up...wonder how much THAT will set me back. Anyone know when those wheels might be open for accessory orders? |

Get the 20” msport star rims. The euros have a setup with the same msport rims, but offering a 305/40/20 rear. Buy the rear rims from BMW and swap them to get the staggered look. Best of all, all seasons make sense in this size. Good luck finding a 315/35/21 all season tire that works.

I just took delivery - they checked it with the various updates, fixes, etc.
See attached pictures. Slowly drove home... with utmost care.

I was stuck in traffic - drove 5 miles -> I took delivery at 2 miles and added 5 miles so I am at 7 miles... and avoided the crowded freeway.
I have zero regrets changing my order from mineral white to arctic grey. The black vernasca leather w/ brown contrast stitching looks great - brown contrast looks more white. Fit and finish is solid - no problems noticed as I put everything unloaded from my prior X5 to the new X5. The technology is reminiscent of my prior X5 and the interface easy to use/learn - zero learning curve. I cannot comment on the drive, nor comment on all the customization, etc. until I spend more time - need to go back to work. I will report back later this weekend.

When you get a chance can you please post closeup pics of the black with brown stitching. I ordered it without seeing how it looks. Just didn't know if I made the right decision. Please post when you get a chance. Thanks

Someone had recently posted picture of it. That picture was accurate. I will post once I have the X5 outside in the sun.

That was me that posted it but I didn't think it was a true reflection. I was expecting brown as stitching but you did mention it looks white. What trim did you get?

black vernasca leather w/ brown contrast stitching with fineline strip brown high gloss wood trim - brown stitching looks white and the brown wood trim looks dark, really dark. Note the seats have a small m logo - very subtle, very nice.
