Considering letting go of my meticulously maintained 2021 BMW X5 M50i. It currently sits with 23,676 miles and can go up slowly. Putting it up for sale to help with a property purchase.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. Always kept in temperature controlled garage and never seen any snow and barely driven in the rain. This is our spare car that is only driven on the weekend mostly and on nice days (work from home). The car was always professionally hand washed using 2 bucket method (former detailer).

All the maintenance was done at a local BMW dealership with the exception of extra oil changes (BMW OEM OIL) in between recommended schedule per BMW. Just installed a fresh set of Pirelli OEM tires, passed local inspection, and Bmw performed brake fluid flush per maintenance schedule. All the work done at local BMW dealer.

The car is "mostly" perfect on the interior and exterior. Will be detailed before sale.

I am asking 63k or best offer. This includes all the service/warranty transfer. I currently have a lien with my bank but can work out the title release with this transaction.
