BMWNA email for customer feedback

BMW NA sent me this email today. Does everyone get this email for customer feedback? I can't wait to talk to them about PDC malfunction, Parking Assist Malfunction and The Rattle!

I got it and also got a call and every time I complained about something in the build or software to the guy, he would have this memorized answer telling me to see my service dept basically...

Shared my complaints a few weeks back. They even offer to you to call the number in the future if you have additional complaints.
