MY2020

Anyone know when MY2020 starts production?

Is it worth pulling the trigger now or should I wait for MY2020?

Not in a particular rush for the vehicle; looking at getting it before sept.

Toying with Idea of leaving it until end of May as over the pond we have been quoted 4 Months for delivery. Bit extreme, but not really in a rush for it. So could wait.

I heard they will take orders from late August with delivery in October/November. You can certainly get better discount/deals on MY19 during that time. I doubt they update anything except fixing issues that are being addressed on MY19 by Software updates or recalls anyway.

If you are looking at getting a 50i you may want to wait. They are replacing it with the M50i and adding a new engine. Rumor has it 530 hp and M badging on the outside of the vehicle.

And those are real world owners numbers and not manufacturing stats. You will find not much will keep up with it 0-60mph, and I mean out of the performance muscle/sports car world. I posted up some videos in another thread of serious muscle cars doing their best at 0-60mph runs and our big 50i SUV would have taken all of them.

Plus it's easy to put those numbers down in the X5 unlike the other cars

Why anyone would want to put down those numbers in the suburbs is beyond me.

Because you can? Where I live you can put those numbers down and on one will bat an eye.
