Valvetronic recall?

Anyone get this notice or get this addressed yet? I just got an automated text from my dealership about this recall

RECALL : VALVETRONIC (Affected Vehicles: 2023-2025 X5, X5 M, X6, X6M, X7, XM and 7 series)

We *SUGGEST* requesting a loaner vehicle for this repair.

I dropped my '24 X5 M60i off for its first service yesterday and was told they would be performing a Valvetronic recall. I didn't ask for details but it was my impression that it was software update/reprogram from the way the SA was talking.

I can confirm that. Last week I did my first oil change and they kept my car for a software service for valvetronic. Didn’t share any details regarding the scope or reason of the service - just said it was mandatory and they didn’t know the exact details

I did the break-in service two weeks ago, they did this service then.

Took mine in for break-in service Thursday, and had the valvetronic recall addressed as well. Dropped off at 8am,ready at 11am so not a big deal;but not sure how long it sat there until a tech began the work order

Same timeframe in my case - they completed the oil change and the service within 3 hours

They did not even work on it the first day. On the second day they installed the rear spoiler and the CF steering wheel trim. On the third day they did the break-in service and the recall. So it probably takes one day to do it.
