Just put on Gloss Black grill from Optimal Co in Taiwan thru Amazon. Ordered Mon AM and it was delivered Thurs PM from Taiwan, fast!

They send plastic (vinyl ?) strips to cover the vertical silver part of the shutters but I decided to see what it looked like without them. I like it without them for the contrast.

No paint. I just merged the one I got from IND with the original one.

Someone is going to say it....then you will have a G05 that says "X5M" on it.
If you are interested in the double slats that the X5M has, then several aftermarket versions are available.

Yes the double slats look much better... I have an OEM one at no charge if a I want which is why asking

I agree with the double slat look. I found a carbon fiber version that I have on order and waiting for it to ship.

One thing haven't been able to find is euro version of the anthracite sun visors without the warning label... proving the most difficult find for me at least
