Metal rattle at 900 RPM

The car has less than 2000 miles. From day 1, at 900 RPM the car makes a metal rattle noise that seems to be coming from either top of the turbos or somewhere behind them. i did some digging but wasn't able to press down the part/heat shield that would stop it. I told the dealer about it and got the typical "issue not replicated". My friend has the same car and same mileage and it also makes that noise. The noise goes away above 900 rpm or when the car warms up. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a solution?

I don't if this sound is the same I have, mine is at 1400 RPM
