Drives: 2020 BMW G05 X5 M50D

Currently over in the F10 M5 forum and enjoying the last few days in my ‘16 M5 Comp, amazing car but too harsh, only using about 300bhp most of the time and really, cannot drive past a fuel station as a daily driver so sadly it’s going.
Happily, getting into my 5th X5 of various series codes, 4.8v8, M30d, M40d, f15 M50d, and now G05 M50d, pleased is an understatement. 1 previous owner, 41k miles, FSH, Managed a great trade in deal on the M5 plus including a free additional year manf warranty (so 2 years) on the X5. The 50d G05 is the best car I owed, sounds like you got a great deal. That engine is just simply the best, yes there are quicker but that car is a rocket ship, with 30 mpg! Enjoy! I gave mine up last Sept and mourn it most days! |
