X5 45e how to completely stop the battery to change knob ?
Hi,
On the 45e, even if you disconnect the battery in the trunk, the current remains activated on the dashboard and the idrive Obviously the main battery powers a large part of the car ! Hello
First, you need to open the bonnet (hood) to deactivate the 48v system.
The X5 45e has two batteries in the boot (trunk) underneath the plastic tray. One directly underneath and the second on the right-hand side underneath the side panel. You might need to remove the side panel to gain access.
