Set Favorite Alert

Picked up my 2023 X5 this week. There is an option when saving a favorite destination called SET FAVORITE ALERT. I have asked the dealer, searched the manual, and searched the web, but cannot find what this does. See attached screen shot. Anyone know what this does?

iirc, you can set the alert to notify you when your favorite song, artist, sports team... is playing.
ETA: oops, something different. Under destinations, it saves your favorite places in NAV.

It's to receive a proximity alert when close to a favorited location.

Thank you! This answers it. I am surprised I could not find it when I searched the manual PDFs for favorite alert, but you seem to have found it.
