It looks like a good price. I was looking for one with a 3rd row seat and got it December from Carmax (not-CPO) for $59k with the same options, except mine has Vernasca leather, with 13,000 miles.

Congrats. I think it is a good deal and you got the all the goodies.
I know X5 40i with M-sports loaded were selling around $54 to $55K just 2 months ago. You got a lot of great advice given to you.
