Amazing vehicles. There's a local doctor that has one in his collection he'll bring out and thankfully have gotten to hear it rev up a bit. Unlike anything else i've ever come across - thanks for sharing and the reminder on how special these are.

Saw one in October, leaving the motorway services in Europe. Was a U.K. registered car, probably on the way to Germany for a car meet. Sounded amazing.

One day I will get to drive one of these babies....hopefully in my own garage. First I just need to win the lottery. Easy enough.

Near perfect car. Sound, looks, mechanical and visceral driving experience.

Agree, the rear end looks truncated at the end of the cabin. While not the worlds best "looker", the 918 Spyder was a much better looking design. Even the Ferrari 250 Le Mans which had a similar "truncated" rear end pulled it off way better than the Porsche IMO.

Ageeed. It looks like a fat early Boxster. But it sounds great and has a manual.

I'm not sure my wife would be open to a second, newer garage.

What's a euphemism?

I hear you can rent parking spots. Checkout craigslist for spots available in your area.

Not a big fan but I experienced one when I saw it flying past me in my humble RSX in HK while in a tunnel. Jesus, Joseph and Mary that V10 was glorious (heard it roar so clearly even w the windows rolled up)!!
