Wish I was closer! Based on your MSRP I think this is close to identical for what I’d like to order, and your payment looks ok. I’m in the Midwest, though.

Curious, do you mind sharing your up front cost and negotiated purchase price on your lease (hoping you can help me out as I go in to order mine soon).

Great looking vehicle. Do you need to wash this one by hand with the frozen metallic paint?

Specifically are you looking for someone to simply takeover the lease? Are you looking for upfront $$?

Thank you. I'm not 100% sure, but it always helps to wash by hand even if it wasn't frozen. I actually can't remember the last time I washed any of my cars through a machine. There is a bit more upkeep with the frozen but it definitely has a presence. I think I've gotten more compliments on this car in 2 weeks than my cosmetic "modified" M5 in 3 years.

There are some costs that I paid to get this payment this low. My acquisition costs of 3.5K, I'm asking for 2K. But I did max out my MSDs (multiple security deposits) on this one as the money factor (even at buy rate) equated to approximately 5% interest. And with such a relatively high MSRP, I opted to max the 7 MSDs at 10500. If you're not familiar with MSD's, they are FULLY 100% refundable and not a "down payment" ie cap reduction payment. Was able to drop the interest to about 4% after doing so. The return was a reduction in monthly payment of around $50. $600 return on 10.5K each year over 3 year equated to around a 5% return. Yes I understand MM are paying around 5% but in 2-3 years if the Fed does cut rates, expect those to decrease as well. So went with the guaranteed return vs the potential.

While as time goes by the acquistion/2K will likely go down, if not zero altogether, the MSD's will need to be paid to me since it's invested money and will be given back to the lease holder.

Loving the car more and more everyday, so might end up keeping it. Who knows.

Thanks man. Not even sure. Was contemplating leaving the BMW family for an RSsomething. Cars definitely growing on me. Had/have some M5 withdrawals and why I was looking to transfer. But open either way.

+1 on "best wheels" - maybe because I have them on my M60i.

Added some nightime interior light pics. I know some people think the skylounge is gimmicky, but I think it's pretty cool. As a rear passenger with the shade full open is quite an immersive experience. Kids love it.

Gorgeous spec. GLWS. If you're still looking for the next beast, I highly recommend reaching out to Day Laborer for your next ride. He just helped me land a 2024 X5, but he's also well connected with other brands. Good luck!

MSD - I'm familiar w/ people using these to buy down MF. Understand the concept totally but one question -- in the event the vehicle is totaled, these are forfeited to BMWFS, correct?

MSDs are not forfeited in the event of a total loss. It’s different from a larger down payment in this way.

Sorry been pretty busy with work/personal. But the car is still available. 4th month in and about 3.5K miles. Car's great, but still missing the M5 dearly and might buy one if I transfer this lease.
