I'm in North Carolina and my dealer thinks they will get it Saturday for a Monday delivery. There's hope if it's picked up today it could be ready on Saturday -- so I've been refreshing all day but it's just stuck awaiting carrier assignment.

Anyone have your car you ordered arrive and the dealership basically ghost you? My car shows it arrived yesterday or today. I’ve messaged my sales agent (actually twice this week with no reply) and emailed the sales manager today and neither are replying to me! 😭

Happens quite often. Some take days off, only read email once a day or concentrate on making the next sale not one that is already baked.

Best way is to contact by phone.

Mine showed "190 - dispatched from factory" as of yesterday morning. I guess after this step MyGarage won't give much useful tracking info anymore and the next update might be "at dealer"? I heard it takes 2-3 weeks for it to be shipped to CA by train

Just frustrated with BMW on the misleading Military incentive.

They tell you that you can't get the $4k off if you go with BMW financial on a special interest rate - that's fine, they say that in the program details. What they don't tell you is that if you want the $4k off while going with BMWFS, they jack the rate up to over 7%. Basically covers the cost of it.

Yes, I can go with Navy Federal at 5.29% and get it but I have a $6k credit from BMWFS for my last car which was a lease and was totalled by a hail storm. So, still makes monetary sense to take the 7.05% but the program is very deceptive.

Like I said on the other post. That is your dealer giving you bad information. The incentive is only $500 when going with BMWFS, they are likely shopping your loan.

Edit: I take that back. They added wording to the web site to cover that. Previous to that any loan dropped it down to $500.

She’s home! I had plans to switch out the grill but the silver has grown on me.
I was the was who was being ghosted by my dealership, but calling and being annoying sure helped. Ha!

Yeah, I just think it's deceptive that they won't give you the $4k without jacking up the rate. The above says they won't give you that discount with a promotional rate - which they don't have for the M60i currently.

I'm over it - just don't like how they are trying to get good PR by saying they support veterans when it's a very narrow window in which they are doing so.
